Bright Tutor is looking for a thoughtful and experienced Frontend Software Engineer to help build reliable digital products for tutors, guardians, students, and our internal operations team.
You will work primarily with React, Next.js, and TypeScript to create accessible, responsive, and maintainable web experiences. This role involves more than translating designs into pages—you will help shape product decisions, improve frontend architecture, and ensure that complex workflows remain simple for users.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and operational stakeholders. Current product areas include tutor discovery, tuition management, scheduling, payments, applicant tracking, communication, and administrative reporting.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dhaka. Team members normally work from our Banani office three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
