We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to build products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.
As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and defining product strategy to launching features and measuring their impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs.
Analyze user feedback and continuously improve the product.
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure product quality before release.
Work with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
Present product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B or B2C digital products.
Knowledge of UX principles and customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Understanding of APIs and software development lifecycle.
Experience using tools such as:

Nice to Have
Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
Certification in Product Management (PSPO, CSPO, AIPMM, etc.).
